SCANITY Film Scanner and BONES Dailies combination provides an ideal solution for image restoration.

SCANITY scans the film gently (including shrunken legacy stocks) with a continuous motion capstan film transport and optical touch-free perforation detection, with no moving or mechanical parts (except the roller gate) touching the film.

BONES Dailies provides a software tool to ingest and quality-check all the images coming from SCANITY and performs real-time color correction and scaling. It also "has fit to audio" and "audio syncing” features to ensure the images are synchronized with the audio track. Its integrated encoding tool supports a variety of output file formats and deliverables, which can be rendered in parallel with an integrated and powerful background render engine.
